Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Administrator (12-month Maternity Cover) to provide vital support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring the efficient coordination of the sales process from reservation through to legal completion. This role involves managing sales data, processing customer documentation, liaising with internal departments and solicitors, and maintaining accurate records. Operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, the Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting reporting, compliance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Role: Sales Administrator (12-month Maternity Cover): Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will support the Sales team with day-to-day administration and coordination. This varied role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing and wider Sales team
  • Maintain accurate sales data and produce regular reports
  • Process reservations, customer documentation, and payments efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of sales
  • Manage customer options, incentives, and completion documentation
  • Coordinate sales processes, reporting, and team schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support marketing activities and respond to customer enquiries
